If you decide to take the next step and get started with your own Image One franchise, this is a high-level look at a few of the biggest steps and milestones in the process.
STEP 01 - Fill Out a Form
First thing’s first – we need to learn more about you. By filling out this form on our website, we can get the initial information we need about you and how to reach you. From there, we will contact you and arrange a time to talk.
STEP 02 - Speak with a Representative
With any investment opportunity, you need to know that it is the right fit for you. When we contact you, this is the opportunity for both of us to ask questions and get to know each other a little better. We want to know your goals and why you want to get involved in the commercial cleaning industry, and you can ask us about the opportunity, the support we offer, and anything else. This is a great opportunity to get to know us a little better before you request the franchise disclosure document (FDD).
STEP 03 - Read the FDD
Every cleaning company franchise opportunity is required to have an FDD that breaks down everything there is to know about the franchise. It contains 23 items, and each one goes into detail about different areas of the business opportunity. For example, there are sections that break down the investment, explains the territory rights, your role as a franchisee, and financial performance representations (Item 19). Item 19 is the only optional section in the FDD, but we include ours because we want our prospective franchisees to know that we have nothing to hide about our opportunity. We share annual gross revenues from established franchisees, so prospects know what they could potentially expect with their own Image One franchise.
STEP 04 - Sign the Franchise Agreement and Pay the Franchise Fee
It’s critical that you read and understand the FDD before we move forward with an agreement, and we’re legally required to give you no less than 14 days to do so to ensure that you take the proper time needed for review. After that threshold has been reached and you’ve sufficiently reviewed the entire document, you’ll sign the franchise agreement to become an official Image One franchise owner. At this time, you will also have to pay the franchise fee. This is a one-time payment of $49,500. This fee buys you the exclusive rights to use the Image One brand name, and it covers your initial training and support to get you started with your franchise. Financing is available if you qualify.

STEP 05 - Attend Training
Once you pay the franchise fee, you will then come to our training facility for one week. Our training program is modular – in fact, we are the only ones who use our unique and comprehensive training and strategy system. Our different modules go over different elements of an Image One franchise, explain the technology and products we use, and practice completing jobs. After this initial training, we will come and work with you on-site to make sure everything you learned at training is retained.
STEP 06 - Begin Your New Career with a Cleaning Company Franchise
After your training, we have countless support resources to help you get your franchise started. We have purchasing assistance to help you get the best prices for the best products. Since we use environmentally-friendly products for our franchisees, we want to make sure that each one is using similar cleaning supplies to get the job done so that we do not give clients anything less than the experience we promise.
