Every cleaning company franchise opportunity is required to have a Franchise Disclosure Document or an FDD that breaks down everything there is to know about the franchise. It contains 23 items, and each one goes into detail about different areas of the business opportunity. For example, some sections break down the investment and explain the territory rights, your role as a franchisee, and financial performance representations (Item 19). It’s critical that you read and understand the FDD before we move forward with an agreement, and we’re legally required to give you no less than 14 days to do so to ensure that you take the proper time needed for review. After that threshold has been reached and you’ve sufficiently reviewed the entire document, you’ll sign the franchise agreement to become an official Image One franchise owner. At this time, you will also have to pay the franchise fee. This is a one-time payment of $29,750.
