We will then set up a time for you to talk to one of our representatives and start our vetting process. Based on this call, we will be able to assess whether or not an Image One franchise is a good fit for you while also discovering your goals and motivation for investing. Before making a franchise investment, our team will provide you all the information you need to make an educated decision. That is why, before fully signing on with Image One, you will be given our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that dives deeper into our janitorial franchise business opportunity. Get Your Feet Wet
Now that you have done the homework and your engine is revving to start your franchise, it’s time to equip you with the tools to be successful. Our training program is broken down into three separate modules that each play a different part in preparing you for the road ahead while managing your Image One Franchise. The first set of training takes place in the classroom and on-site. This is where you will develop your skills and experience in cleaning procedures, customer relations, sales, and human resources. The next portion of your training brings you into your own Image One territory to learn the skills it takes to develop your business. You will work on skills such as lead generation, networking, and client sales that all work to improve the marketability of your business. The final portion of this training does not take place until your franchise janitorial services are established and are aimed to enhance your tactics and procedures. This is just part of the ongoing support that you can expect while operating your Image One franchise.
