One of the most appealing aspects of franchising is that it’s often the easiest way to become an established business owner. Still, there are some preliminary steps you should know about. Here, we’ll take you through some of the early stages of your Image One franchise journey, to help you gain a full understanding of precisely what you should expect. From inquiry to investment, let’s dive into the details!
Fill Out a Form and Speak to a Representative
The first thing you’ll do to let us know of your interest is to fill out a contact form, which you can find on the homepage of the Image One franchise website. This will let a member of our team know who you are and will give us some preliminary information that will help us advance the conversation. Shortly after we receive your form fill, a representative will reach out to you to arrange a time to speak. During this call, we’ll want to get to know you better, give you some details about the investment, and make sure that Image One is the best fit. This will also be an excellent opportunity for you to ask questions about the franchise experience, including questions about its cost, the training and support you can expect, and questions about the cleaning industry in general.
We want to know as much about you as possible, because joining the Image One franchise family is more than just an investment. Our values and culture are important factors for candidates who are interested in our brand. Be prepared to answer some questions about your background, what you want to change about your current way of life, and why you think Image One is the best move for you.
The FDD and Signing Your Agreement
Assuming that our initial conversation goes well, you can expect to receive an updated copy of our franchise disclosure document (FDD). If you’re new to franchising and have never heard of this step before, the FDD is a standard franchise document that all franchisees review before they sign their agreements. If there’s something you’ve wanted to know about the Image One franchise experience, chances are you’ll find all your answers in our FDD. Once you’ve taken the time to thoroughly review our FDD, it’ll be time to move forward with signing the franchise agreement. But we know you can’t commit to an investment with us after having read one legal document and engaging in a single conversation. That’s why a member of our team will be made available to help you fully understand everything you need to start an Image One franchise.
Training Days and You’re on Your Way!
Once you’ve signed your franchise agreement and paid your one-time initial franchise fee, it’s time to get you onboarded! Here’s where you’ll learn the most about your role as an Image One franchisee and about the day-to- day responsibilities you should expect.
Our pre-opening onboarding program is a one-week training course that’s broken up into module learning, in and out of the classroom. The Image One franchise team will take you through some of the fundamental aspects of your responsibilities, including client relations, sales, HR, networking, and big-picture goal setting. We do think that it’s essential for every Image One franchisee to have a full understanding of our business. That’s why you will also have the opportunity to go into the field and learn about cleaning and disinfecting.
Once you’ve completed your training, it’s time to take the keys to your Image One franchise! However, we don’t expect that you’ll be prepared for everything, even after our training. That’s why we’ll continue to support you for the full length of your journey, in marketing, purchasing, processes, and more. Our team is made available to you 24/7, so you know you’ll never walk alone when you invest in an Image One franchise!
